בעל הבית גופיה ניחא ליה דמשתבע שכיר ושקיל כי היכי דליתגרו ליה פועלים שכיר גופיה ניחא ליה דמשתבע בעל הבית ויפקע כי היכי דליגרוהו בעל הבית על כרחיה אגר שכיר נמי בעל כרחיה איתגר
